This orange filter is certainly of Zeiss origin.

It was probably repainted and re-ingraved by Arsenal at the end of the forties.

Reference: 12-40,5x0,5.

It came (in its mini leather bag) with a 1950 Kiev II with ZK lens (Jacques M. coll.)
