This flash synchroniser was manufactured by KMZ for Zorki and Zenit cameras without synchronisation. The synchroniser screws into the cable release socket and a cable release is screwed into the top of the synchroniser. The flash unit is plugged into the PC socket on the front of the synchroniser.
