The art object was conceived and created by a team of Ivan Zotikov and Igor Lobortas. The building No.7 of Arsenal factory in Kyiv was built in 1914-1915 and is also known as a Koval Workshop. The opening ceremony was attended by dignitaries such as Serhiy Anzhiyak - a head of Department of Culture of the KSCA, Volodymy Taftai - a head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine and Oleg Melnyk, the director of the museum of the Arsenal Factory.
