Nice, Mike!! Any way you an post a cover of this book, I am very interested what it is..

It's not Leningrad zavod that is mentioned, it says the camera is made by GOI and based of FED.

Vlad.

Hi Vlad,

this is fantastic book by A.A.Syrov "Nazemnoe fotografirovanie" (I don't know how to translate it to english ...), issued in few editions 1948-1956. Let me remind you, that particular author have donated us with two other great books: "First Soviet Cameras" (1951) and "Camera's Way (1954) ...

Best Regards,
Aidas

Mike,

Now I see what you mean ... No, this interesting book is absent in my collection ... To say the truth, I have had chances to buy it locally, but I have realised it out of my interest. But I aggree, it's a real showpiece in soviet photo industry indeed.

Best Regards,
aidas
