| I've placed two orders [two cameras and a lens]. Each order came in less than two weeks, and everything was just as described on Yuriy's website. I have to admit, I agree with comments about the lack of email follow-up. After I placed the second order, I noticed that the item [a Kiev 4a] was still sitting in my shopping cart on the site [even though I'd paid with PayPal, and had the email from them acknowledging my payment]. I sent an email if there was any problem with the order, but never got an answer. But, as I say, the camera was here in less than two weeks, and I never really had any doubt that it would arrive since this was the second order and the first had come so quickly. |

I bought a hard to find camera from this sellers store that was not nearly as good as his description read. I never did receive a receipt of payment/ackowledgement or a shipping notice and neither did I receive a reply to these inquiries for over a week.
The camera winder was quite stiff and failed the very next day as a result. I did contact him immediately and after a lengthy period he finally replied and told me the camera was fine when he sent it to me.
He asked me to return it to him so that he could check it out.
Due to his poor communications and long awaited replies , not to mention the postage costs and uncertainty of any satisfaction I could expectI became wary of his practices and decided to ask Yuri @ Fedka to repair the camera for me, which he did (thank you Yuri).
To be fair I cannot outright discredit DVDTechnic since he asked for the camera to be sent back to him but neither did he say I could expect any satisfaction or that he would make things right.
Personally, I would not buy from him again or can I recomend him to anyone for the reasons stated above but you are free to make your own evaluation.

I received two items from Yuri last week.
Very fast delivery, (About 1 week as he announcer 2 or 3 weeks)
Cameras as described on his site.
(But OK for the confusing of his two sites.) |

| Yuriy is a no nonsense seller. I honestly recommend him to anyone. Transaction went through without a hitch and the delivery was prompt. He has two websites, which I found confusing, but he did answer my emails relatively quickly and everything arrived as described. |

| This was my first real shopping experience with DVDTechnik. I've order a camera via eBay, it came as described, very fast, no complaints.. the only reason I give 4 out of 5 is because of a very slow communication. I've tried to order couple of cameras from him in the past via his store, and had asked question first how to pay for cameras via PayPal. The first response came in 3 weeks, then asked another question to clarify something and never got an answer back.. so I never ordered that time... but I guess if you just buy and pay, I would call this store reputable. eBay transaction was without a hitch. |
