KMZ early binoculars

May be a little bit off Topic, but I wanted to show you an interesting binoculars (theatre?) I have received today ... Seems to be an early production of KMZ, since an old KMZ logo engraved on body ... May be someone could tell me more, please? Thanks in advance!
