If I am not wrong, some very early Fed 1a were equipped with an Elmar...

"Завод N 19" ('zavod N 19' / 'plant number 19') was located in Krasnogorsk and had this number from 1927 to 1934. Another name: "Завод точной механики" ('Zavod tochnoy mekhaniki' / Precision Mechanics plant).
