I don't understand the print industry that they don't keep such books available even if it's 15 years old. Can't be so expensive to print one book. Now it's hard to find one.

for print industry is the same, if you find this book in 15 years or not. The print industry is based on calculated moment profit (unfortunately) and such special books are normally issued in very small editions.
