Unidentified lens

Anyone ever seen this lens? (adapted to Kiev-60 mount)

Any clue about what is it for?
I found nothing on the runet...
Surely technical, but for what? It's quite heavy (2.8kg), big. Acutualy no diaphragme, but I suspect there was a diaphragm before.

OB is known to be a code name for lenses (more commonly is OF).

I bought it, but it is at my friend's home atm.

Thanks for you answer, but it doesn't help me a lot.
The first link to the sale is the one I bought Big smile
The seller told it's space photographie, but I rarely believe to this. He is old and very gentle, but I'm not sure he was competent about soviet lenses.
The second one is about J-48, it's another lens.
Same for J-25...there are a lot of J-XX lenses, it's cine lenses and projector lenses.
OB comes from OBjecktiv K is the formula type
All from the same Family
Really I do not knoe what means "J"- at least for the moment.
