One more TOE-Helios zoom

Spotted this one for sale in a Finnish camera website, didn't buy (30 Ђ), but downloaded the pictures to show one more, most likely a very early one. Read the box texts and a lot is explained.

very good lens, but not a Russian one. All lenses sold by TOE were rebranded to Helios, regardless of where they were made.

Yes they are.
But also same time a very interesting sidestory; capitalist needs were met this way, by a "western-looking" company, yet owned by Mashpriborintorg, which was part of the Soviet Trade Ministry.
And TOE also called Zenit as Zenith in their own brochures, next to pictures of cameras with correct spelling...

The TOE-story should be put into the forums history books now, because soon it will be too late.
