TsKB Foton = KOMZ???

Is this what became of KOMZ?

http://www.ckb-photon.ru/index.htm

Zoom posted this link earlier and it seems like it is former KOMZ factory, since I noticed the S-13 camera listed in their aerial section, and I know it has the KOMZ logo on that camera.

...it seems like it is former KOMZ factory...

It was the KOMZ R&D department, now -- a government firm attached to the joint-stock company KOMZ.

I see! So the KOMZ prototypes will comes out from Foton but the actual production from KOMZ factory itself... Thanks Zoom!

What does the "TsBK"abbreviation mean?

"TsKB".
There: "TsKB" or "CKB", in Russian: "ЦКБ" -- "Центральное конструкторское бюро". In English: "Сentral design office".
"ЦКБ" - "Центральное конструкторское бюро
as there is a lack of character support in the text for cirillic alphabet, we can transliterate as:
"Ts K B" "Tsentral'noe Konstruktorskoe Biuro.
Any problems, I recommend the Online "PROMT" Translator. The best for these
Regards LP
