I purchased a Kiev 4 a couple of years ago. The camera was as described = both the shutter and the ligtmeter were ok. When I tested the camera with film I found light leak. I repaired the camera myself. As I assume 99% of worldwide sellers won't test camera with film, that transaction is ok for me. Note the camera was 15 USD.

The sellers words and pictures did not represent the exact item offered. However,to be fair I asked for and received a 50% credit rather quickly .

Have not purchased anything from this seller and probably won't. I asked about shipping a lens with a camera he had on Ebay and, the answer was;
"HI.
I will not combine shipping cost if You'll win my several auctions.
K.O."
Obviously I didn't like the answer.....
