Какой у него рабочий отрезок? У меня есть такой объектив, номера на кольцах - 1131.

Pабочий отрезок должeн быть 28,8 мм, как для всех объективов M39 за исключением объективов для FEDa НКВД.
It should be 28.8 mm like for all M39 lenses except lenses for FED NKVD.

Yes, the Industar 22 were normalized at a register of 28,8mm since the beginning.

Lenses "industar-22 Moscow", serial numbers 1131 and 8917. Lenses are uncoated, both have strong front focus.

Probably they were disassambled and not properly assembled than. In my opinion black tube should not poke from a ring where are engravings.
But this is only my guess.

With all respect.
First, there is information about the third such lens with the same problem. Secondly, to collect "industar-22" is wrong, it is quite difficult :) Thirdly, one of the lenses in the photo I did not disassemble.

Sergey, is it possible that someone else disassembled the lens that you haven't, and reassembled it slightly incorrectly?

I wonder if this "front focus" was a problem with a batch of these lenses? I can't see it being a problem with all of them and most of them have been "rescued" by owners/technicians over the years.
