Set included telescopic 1.9x and wide angle 0.5x accelerary lenses and viewfinder (missing from the set) for movie cameras Quarz and Quarz-M. Made by KMZ.
Particular set made in July 1967.
I's unclear if this set was ever sold inside the USSR or made only for export.
