6x6 lens mounted by BelOMO and used for enlarging or reproduction purposes, in his "Belarus" Giant enlarger / Reproduction table System. 3.5/75mm, This lens was formerly used on KMZ "Iskra" foldig apparatus and BelOMO "Rasviet" twin lens reflex in small series.
The third picture shows a slight different and more recent construction with "Industar 58-U" engraved.
