I have seen 1950 and 1953 KNeB II bodies , one working , one not .
I have funds for two more restorations through Mike Haley in Ukraine .
Cost is around £75 shipped to Ukraine for both .
This is purely a collector thing , so that I would have 1950 / 1951 / 1952 / 1953 in sequence . [ though only the 1951 has it's original lens ]
I would imagine that a 1950 KNeB II was made in small numbers .
I can fund this purchase will the sale of two ex cupog Kiev 4a .
Does this sound really too indulgent , or can you understand this ?
Thanks

Good morning, Dee;
Odd that no one seems to have responded. I will.
I hope that you were able to accomplish this goal of having one each of the years of production of the Kiev-2 in the years from 1950 to 1953. Such a simple desire is not unreasonable.
I also am hoping that you were able to accomplish the task without the loss of the Kiev-4a bodies, or, alternatively, at least by now you may have been able to replace one of them so that you have the Kiev 4a to use also. I do like my Kiev-3A.
And it is unusual that I had been told by the seller that my Kiev-3A was a Kiev-4A, but that was not true. It turned out to be a Kiev-3A, and I am enjoying using it.
