The WWI for Russia ended with the two Revolutions, the collapse of a state, a civil war, an intervention in 1918--1921 (which was attended: by the Germany (up to the end 1919), USA, GB with dominions: Australia, Canada..., and France, Italy, Poland, Greece, Romania, and Japan), etc. After that the country has been in a full blockade...
