Why fake some original old cameras, I don't get it, let them rest in peace. I wouldn't complain about a Zenit-E though, the selenium cell makes it less desirable in my eyes.
I think everyone has some favorite cameras at home which are touched often, while other not so much desired ones are sleeping in boxes. Why not tune up those loved ones with parts, for example NEW wind and rewind knobs which look like fine pioneer knobs. There should still be some space on top of the knob for a fine anniversary engraving, and the good thing is, these tune ups can be reversed and everything is historical again, nothings faked. It also would help those who have cams with missing knobs, great if there are parts available.
Or instead of the vulcanite body, make a new plastic body you can look through. Would just be fantastic to have a working camera while you can always watch how it operates inside, much better than a cutaway. Also enough space for some anniversary printing, and still nothings faked, you only change parts.
