I am not sure it was a self timer on Zorki 1 before
There is the same hole on leather case.
I need to disaemble the camera to see if it is not a later synchro flash plug.
What is interesting is that Aidas said 1B stops at #115000 when 1C starts at same number. This one should be a 1C, but body does not have the decorative rim of 1C and remains as a 1B.....
For Zorki 5, I'll try to give you some news asap.

the transition from 1B to 1C took a long time, at least up to #149xxx and there are still some 1B around #175xxx and #178xxx. But top plates with serial numbers can be changed.

Bievres is too far from me to go there but it is interesting for me what were the prices.

I won't reveal the prices I paid for the early Kievs but I can say the Contaxes were cheaper. Yes, it's true !
