Preseries Zenit-BM?

Hi All,

I recently bought this camera in Japan and a serial number on it is from 1971, the production numbers are absent for this year on http://www.zenitcamera.com/catalog/cameraproduction.html

It also has the KMZ logo on the back which I haven not seen on later BMs.. Is this a preseries camera or just an error on the web site?

Zoom, any thoughts?

Does anyone else have a 1971 BM?

No data -- no errata.
With the exception of several cases, the table contains a serial production data only.
