Translation needed

Hello to all,

look at this FED beauty. It looks like factory new.

On the bottom plate there is an engraving which I can not read, but I think it is a name? Can somebody translate it to me?

Thanks
Ulrich

By the way, when it arrives here it was really unusable. There was a heavy amount of hard grease on all gears and inside the camera. Also on the lens, it could only be turned by using force.
So I disassembled it to clean it and found out that it is a FED S inside. The speed disk under the top cover has a hole vor 1/1000 of a second and this speed could be set and works fine after cleaning and relubing it. But the speed dial on the top is missing the 1/1000. I think that it sits the whole time on a shelf and was only used once or twice. Even the original shutter curtains are soft and look like new.

Hey uwittehh! Engraving should say something like: M.V. Bogdanovich, a memory frow Moscow 28.7.1946.
Most likely Mr Bogdanov was not into photography, so the expensive gift was left unused.

Best regards,
Juhani
Filip, thanks. So nothing special, no person of interest, just somebody :-)

Juhani, at least one roll of film was inside the camera. I have found 3 big parts of film inside of it. Maybe the camera does not work anymore with these stuck parts, so it was put on the shelf.

Best regards
Ulrich
