Is this FK 30x40 or not?

no based on the relative size of knobs and shutter it's an 18x24 at most...

It is larger then 18x24 and I have measured it, question is, is it made in USSR or not?
My other FK cameras are quite different, metal parts and buttons.

There was also a carrying case which looks like USSR made





and two film magazines

But the size is 24x30, so it is not FK camera.
