You probably know that I am captivated by the history of USSR equipment as imported into UK , and my 1st introduction through Technical and Optical Equipment
I have just found a book on e-bay called Discover Rewarding Photography 1971 ,
By Ronald Spillman -The Manual of Russian Equipment .
It explores the basic principles of photography , but is more a catalogue of T.O.E USSR imports.
Zenit E/B , Fed 3/4 , Zorki 4 / Zenit 80 / Cosmic 35 / Lubitel / Horizont are mentioned , but not Kiev . Lenses , microscopes , projectors and enlargers and photos of Zenits being checked , repair facilities and showroom - much more modern than their previous place in London .
I shall try and scan the tiny pics and post them .
There is a file of UK literature available on e-bay for £25 , I am tempted ! It includes a Kiev brochure ....
