Is the file "full-size" here or can you "zoom" more into that box? Shutter release like Prktica, speed & wind like Pentax with M42?

Very nice cameras, but I think most of them either a funny concept or were never produced .
It really strange to see among the cameras from Belarus one Kiev camera (slide #7).
