Jacques, can I ask you to make a table of famous cameras "Forever at once with Moscow"?
I have a few more numbers, I can add them to your table. Where you indicated in the post, whose I can not add unfortunately.

Many thanks for the new commentaries and numbers in the wiki, Alexey! Some are very interesting.
I think too that 300 items is probably too restrictive, and 3000 much too important.
Could somebody translate the new article into English?

Thanks. Jacques.

I bought only one certificate without a camera unfortunately! Maybe someday a camera with this number will appear and they will offer me to buy it ?! :)))

I have found the s/n 466624, lens s/n 3874.
This camera just takes place between the two batches of Fed anniversaries. It is an ordinary 1g: interesting news to limit the number of "anniversaries".

I will post photos when it is here. (added in the wiki).

Amitiés. Jacques.

An excellend find, Jacques!

Have you compared the top plates of the regular FED1'g' and the 'Anniversary'?
Do you think it is possible someone removed the FED logo and serial by grinding/polishing and re-engraved it as 'Anniversary'?

Is the FED logo identical and in the same place?
Or were indeed pristine top-plates used?

If I compare a 1f-2nd series and an "anniversary", the logo and the factory are strictly at the same place.

So, the easiest way to fake an "anniversary" is to use a 1f, second series (with number, logo, and factory on cover), to erase the number, replace it by the red inscription, and add a correct serial number on the back of the cover.

Probably Fed used non-numbered 1f-second series covers to make the "anniversaries"...

Amitiés. Jacques.

Hi Jacques, congratulation on another rare camera addition! I did notice unfortunately that these black-filled engravings were filled with black or red (in some cases) after the fact to embellish the cameras, I am somewhat doubtful this is a factory feature.

Best regards,
Vlad

Hi Vlad,
By what I have seen, all the cameras of the first batch have a logo filled in black. And none of the second batch.
That should mean that all that was factory made. But that must be checked... So, comments are welcome!Smile

Amitiés. Jacques.

Thanks, Ulrich. That confirms what we can suppose.
Vlad, to be clear, I was just talking about these specific Fed anniversaries. It seems that the cameras belonging to the first "batch" (s/n around 465xxx) have the logo filled in black, whereas the second batch (s/n 4684xx) don't have black in the logo. Of course, the anniversary inscription is always in red!...
It's probably a factory made difference, contrarily to some other Feds with added black or red colour: I agree with you.

Amitiés. Jacques.

I have just tried to complete the wiki about that question of logo filled -or not- with black. And it seems that the s/n 468456 has a logo in black. Exception or else... (ref. Sovietcams, PE0310).
