I'm still waiting on Guido and Fred whether they need boxes, if they don't I will just cancel all of them.

Just to get an approximate count, who would be interested in the proper box like I described? .

About the previous box, if I am the only one who stands with box, I will follow the members and take no box. It does not matter, so do as well as you think!!!

A small update: the work is still in progress, 5 cameras are being sent to chroming, still waiting on 5 more bodies..

Regarding boxes, I've only been able to find one black wooden box that meets our requirement, but it has no lock and the quality of wood is not as good as for the 2nd year anniversary camera but it doesn't look too bad. I'm working with engravers now to locate the right metal plaque to attach to it. Will show final result once it's ready, will make them per order if you guys like them.. The cost of it comes out pretty much at $50US, box itself is $30, tag and engraving they're charging me another $20...

All, I've got an email today that the cameras for following people are ready to ship. For the members listed below please pay the remainder of the balance to Mika moscowphoto@aport2000.ru, which would be $155US if you paid $50 deposit. $180+$25 shipping. As you can see the cameras seemed to have came out really nice! I'm very happy.

The rest of the cameras are in production as I stated in the beginning it takes some time to acquire so many Zorkis.

There will also be 5 Zorki-S anniversary cameras #011-015 which will be sold on eBay. I will make a post here if anyone is interested in those they can buy them from there. Pictures of these Zorki-S are below:

Was it necessary to prepay for the camera? I didn't do it, but I think it is not a problem to pay the whole sum after the camera is finished. Could you already tell me my s/n ?

The cameras look fabulous. I really regret having to pull out of this project. But I also feel one should stand by their convictions. Being in the situation dealing with the seller and not reviving the goods as described, I just couldn't justify any further dealing with this company . Some of you may say the problem was so minor I should not a have worried about it. I must admit the seller try and rectify the situation by sending some photographic extras ( of not very good quality ) But he could not address my main request, and I'm sure it would have been so easy. I paid for a limited edition camera with engraved lens cap The camera arrived with a plastic cap plus several other minor issues that I was willing to overlook. All I wanted was the lens cap I had paid for or if it could not be found another one could be engraved , I'm sure that would have been so easy.. Not so! .. the best he could do was send a plane metal one and a few trinkets ( filters ).

Anyway that's my story ..as I say the forums cameras look fantastic..and you are all very lucky.

PS re the lens cap.. I purchase Russian hat pin badge of the event my camera was commemorating
..and stuck in on with super glue.

Alexander, you camera is #009 and is currently is production already at the factory and should be ready within couple of weeks. I would strongly advise you to send the $50 deposit to ensure that it's reserved for you.
