The PD slide copying attachment was manufactured by BelOMO in Minsk in the 1980s. It is a bellows unit that can be added to the PZF bellows in order to copy 35 mm slides. The complete setup, with Zenit camera, PZF bellows, Helios-44-2 lens and PD slide copier can be seen in the third photo.
