Flash operated by either mains 220V or two flat 4,5V batteries ( I suppose).
Fits inside a special leatherette case which holds complete outfit.
In pictures two slightly different versions, from two different Ukranian factories. One with symbol like capacitor is Kharkov Sovnarkos and the one with twin L is Radiodetal
