This is a brown, soft leather handbag which has been modified by the addition of a Nailon camera harness. It is presumably for a female operative. Although an F-21 Ajax could be used in it, it is obviously designed for the Nailon as there is a fibre-optic spot for the meter cell next to the lens opening.
