This is a rare variation of MT-1 with 1/1000 shutter speed added to the dial.
2nd Example is from Richard Nuttall, also has 1/1000 speed and bayonet lens fitting. Serial no. is 870213, comes in wooden box with 2 lenses, diopter lenses cable release etc
